123bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and 123bd ("We", "Us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 123bd website located at 123bd.bio and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether registered account holders or visitors.

By accessing 123bd, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and arrangements between you and 123bd relating to your use of the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the 123bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age limit applies without exception to all users, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using the Platform in your location.
• You must not be suffering from, or be in recovery from, any addiction to gambling that would make use of the Platform contrary to your own interests or wellbeing.
• You must register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or through aliases, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Registration and Security

To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain and promptly update such information if it changes. 123bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and may suspend or close an Account that fails to complete a verification request within a reasonable timeframe.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 123bd Platform. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not grant any other person access to your Account or allow another person to use your Account on your behalf. If 123bd determines that multiple accounts are linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account, including but not limited to:

• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other service or platform.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying 123bd support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

123bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 123bd does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. 123bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact 123bd support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved. 123bd may request a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of mobile number ownership as part of this process.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Withdrawal of the original deposited amount is not subject to rollover conditions.

Bonuses and Promotions

123bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a welcome bonus for new registrations, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion detail page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific page, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued on the 123bd Platform unless explicitly overridden by a promotion-specific terms page:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Duplicate claims attempted via multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonus amounts and may trigger a full account review.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is specified on the promotion detail page. Wagering on certain game categories (for example, table games or live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards rollover completion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• 123bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where 123bd reasonably suspects abuse, technical manipulation, or fraudulent exploitation of the promotional offer.

Gameplay and Fair Play Policy

All games available on the 123bd Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi). 123bd does not modify, adjust, or interfere with the game logic, payout tables, or RTP percentages of any game. Players are expected to engage with the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Any attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 123bd reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault and to suspend any Account involved pending investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with any game or feature on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. 123bd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other users or 123bd support staff through the Platform's communication channels.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

123bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides all registered players with access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools at no charge. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity within safe personal boundaries. By using the 123bd Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk, that the outcome of all games is determined by chance, and that no strategy or system guarantees a profit over time. Account Suspension and Termination

123bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 123bd.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, 123bd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 123bd shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or any game, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 123bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

123bd does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. 123bd will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance via the Platform's notification system, but no such advance notice is guaranteed for emergency maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 123bd Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces provided by 123bd (as distinct from third-party game content), and all software underlying the Platform — is the exclusive property of 123bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 123bd.

Amendments to These Terms

123bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 123bd will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, 123bd encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 123bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies applicable to the circumstances.
